For the UK & Irish market, Electrolab Biotech offer dedicated service engineers providing comprehensive on-site support of our bioreactor systems. Whether responding to an emergency break-down, or providing a routine service visit as part of a Preventative Maintenance Agreement, you can be assured that the service you receive will be of the highest quality. Ensuring your equipment is regularly serviced and properly maintained will minimise the risk of unexpected down-time.
Tailored agreements
Agreements can be tailored to your exact requirements, but usually include the following:
- Calibration check / recalibration of electronics
- Replacement of seals and bearings in driveshafts
- Replacement of vessel o-rings
- Inspection of sensors and condition/maintenance advice
- Full service report
In addition, on-site operator or basic maintenance training may be given to any new users, by prior arrangement.
An extended warranty is available on new equipment where a Preventative Maintenance Agreement is also purchased.
Our engineers are also able to visit customers in the UK & Ireland to support equipment not covered by an Agreement, but for less urgent requirements a back-to-base service facility is also offered.
